Learn dye chemistry then dye a silk scarf for yourself!

Ice dyeing gives vivid and complex color patterns with little or no fuss. In this class you will learn about dye chemistry, which dyes are the easiest to use and how to safely handle them. Attendees will dye a scarf to produce beautiful one of a kind accessory for your wardrobe.

Frocktail Frenzy

Saturday, August 29, 2026

12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Are you ready for another grand event?  Our Frocktail Frenzy is happening this August 29, 2026.

It’s time to be inspirational, that always feels so good. Sooooooo wear or bring your latest favorite creation that you made to our Frenzy show and tell. It can be anything between a gown to a pot holder.  Let us all be in awe. Okay those who are in the Undercover Neighborhood, well I think those should be a BRING.

Along with showing everyone your masterful creations there will be a conversation on that infamous COLOR WHEEL.

Again, the ASG Sacramento is offering the perfect chance to get together. An opportunity where we get to meet new members, greet friends.

This is a repeat comment, but as we like to say, members are the heart of ASG.  Come welcome new members, connect with fellow chapter members to share our love of sewing.

The groups are always evolving so this is where you can hear about the new horizons of each group.  See if there is a new neighborhood group that interest you.

This event is free, registration is required.  If any materials are needed, they will be provided.
Refreshments will be provided.
