Come enjoy a week of sewing at the Zephyr Point Conference Center at Lake Tahoe. Experience the pleasures of collaborating with other sewists while viewing Lake Tahoe at its finest. Sewing stations, meals, and sleeping accommodations are provided. Bring your sewing projects, your sewing machine and inspirations for a fun week of no cooking, no cleaning, no time limits, and no obligations. Enjoy good old fashioned sewing FUN

Registration dates, rates, down payments and balance due deadlines:
Priority registration for Sacramento ASG members is September 15, 2023 – October 31, 2023. On November 1, 2023, registration will be open to everyone. A waiting list will be established when the event is full. Due to contract obligations with Zephyr Point Conference Center, registration rates increase on February 1, 2024. A $300 down payment secures your registration. Final payments are due by February 1, 2024.

Also due to contract obligations: no refunds after February 1,2024 unless someone replaces the space.

Waiting List Instructions
When the event is full, a waiting list will be established. Do not be discouraged when the event is full because if a sufficient number of people are on the wait list, I will contact the venue and see if we can get another sewing room to accommodate the additional sewists. There are NO guarantees. Since there are no guarantees, no money needs to be sent in at this time. Just send an email to retreat@asgsacramento.org  to indicate that you want to be on the waiting list.

$600 ASG Member registering before February 1, 2024 - double occupancy
$640 non-ASG Member registering before February 1, 2024 - double occupancy
$640 ASG Member registering after February 1, 2024 - double occupancy
$680 non-ASG Member registering after February 1, 2024 - double occupancy
Additional $365 for single occupancy upgrade
